Question: What should I do if I need to cancel an appointment?

Answer: The appointment you book is reserved especially for you and that time slot and date becomes unavailable to other clients. Therefore we require a deposit to secure your appointment and 24 hrs notice if you are unable to attend otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.

Question: What if I am late for my appointment?

Answer: Arriving late will just decrease your treatment as your therapist is likely to be fully booked so will have a client appointment immediately after yours. If you think you are going to be late, please call us and let us know if you can.

Question: I would like to book a spray tan for a special occasion. How soon before should I book my appointment for?

Answer: We advise that you book your spray tan 2 days before the occasion as it not only gives the tan time to develop, but it also leaves us some time in case you require a touch up.

Question: Do you offer gift vouchers for sale?

Answer: Yes we do sell gift vouchers. Vouchers are available for specific treatments, products or an amount of your choice. You can pay over the phone and we will send the voucher by post to you the same day. A gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the day of purchase.

Question: I have an expired gift voucher, can i still use it?

Answer: Clients are given 6 months to use the gift voucher in either salons, however we will redeem an expired gift voucher at a charge of £10

Question: What type of spray tan do you use?

Answer: St. Tropez. We have tried many diffrent tans but we find St. Tropez Tan gives you a natural longer lasting tan.

Question: Do I have to be naked for a spray tan?

Answer: We provide disposable pants for you to wear during your spraytan.

Question: How long does the tan take to develop?

Answer: We normally advice for you to leave the tan on for 8 hours or leave it on overnight to develop and wash the guide colour off in the morning. It will provide you with an instant colour.

Question: What should I wear when coming to the salon for a tan?

Answer: We advise you to wear loose, old dark clothing and open-toed sandles (flip flops).

Question: How do I prepare for my tan?

Answer: Your skin has to be exfoliated regularley (Body Exfoliations are available in the salon). Make sure you are well moisturised. To acheive the best results deodrant and perfume should not be used.

Question: Can I have waxing done on the same day as my tan?

Answer: We do not advise this. We recommend that you have waxing done 24 hours prior to a tan. If you have not been waxed before, we recommend you increase this time to 2 days to allow redness of the skin to settle.

Question: I’m pregnant but would very much like a spray tan?

Answer: It is advisable NOT to have a spray tan done in the first trimester. After that it is at your discretion but if you are not sure, please consult your doctor.

Questions: Are Lash Perfect extensions comfortable to wear, and will they damage my natural lashes?

Answer: Lash Perfect extensions are very light and comfortable on the eyes. When applied professionally they do not damage the natural eyelash which can be the case with traditional self applied false eyelashes.

Question: How much maintenance will they require?

Answer: Lash Perfect lashes will need to be cared for with regular maintenance to keep their perfect appearance. We do recommend that they are retouched every two weeks.

Question: Will the treatment be uncomfortable?

Answer: Lash Perfect lashes are for professional application only. The procedure is very comfortable and relaxing.

Question: What do i do if i want to take them off?

Answer: Lash Perfect lashes can be removed at any time by a professional. Again this procedure is very comfortable and relaxing.

Question: Can i use my own eye make-up remover and mascara?

Answer: We recommend you use lash Perfect products to prolong the life of you lashes.
