Our Terms & Conditions

  1. Due to new child protection policies and enforced CRB checks we regret that we are unable to have any child under the age of 16 in the salon at any time. (unless they are having a treatment)
  2. Any client under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  3. No more than 2 people (1 client and 1 therapist) can be in the waxing treatment rooms at any one time.
  4. Gift vouchers are Non-refundable and have a strict 6 month expiry time.
  5. A deposit of £10-£20 will be required for all pre booked appointments over 30 mins (Half treatment amount will be required for appointments exceeding 2 hrs)
  6. 24hrs notice is required for cancellation. Failure to do this will result in deposits being held by Oxygene as a cancellation fee.
  7. All courses are Non-refundable
  8. Oxygene do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal items. Please keep all your belongings on your person at all times.
  9. If for any reason you have been unhappy with your treatment or service please let the management know and we will do are best to resolve the matter.
