1. Any client under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Pregnancy, certain medical conditions or injuries may mean that some treatments may not be suitable.
3. No more than 2 people (1 client and 1 therapist) can be in the waxing treatment rooms at any one time.
4. Gift vouchers are Non-refundable and have a strict 12 month expiry time.
5. A deposit of £15-£20 will be required for all pre booked appointments over 30 minutes. 24hrs notice is required for cancellation. Failure to do this will result in deposits being held by Oxygene as a cancellation fee.
6. All treatment courses are Non-refundable and must be taken within 12 month period.
7. Oxygene do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal items. Please keep all your belongings with you at all times.
8. If for any reason you have been unhappy with your treatment or service please let the management know and we will do are best to resolve the matter.
